Cameron McLeod
Director
Having worked in the logistics industry for 30 years, I started as a van driver before gaining my Class 1 licence at 21. Working with local and national companies in both driving and transport supervisor/management positions to gain experience. I set up McLeod Transport in 2003 initially as an owner driver, soon recruiting employees and growing over the years with the belief that I could provide a professional, friendly long-term relationship with customers and a commitment to treat all employees as valued members of our team. Outside of the business my passion has always been for sport, in my younger days competing in rugby then progressing to golf. I love watching most sports, live or on TV. Music is also a great enjoyment; listening (not playing, unfortunately) I also have an English Spring Spaniel and Spinone Italiano, so dogs have been a massive interest throughout my adult life.
Victoria McLeod
Company Secretary (Office Manager)
Having worked in the payroll / accounts field for most the last 30 years with both national and local companies. I was also a partner in a payroll bureau for 10 years which we subsequently sold in 2017. Since inception I have always been involved with McLeod Transport behind the scenes and when I eventually sold my business came on board full time. Outside of the business I have always loved dogs; now owning an English Springer Spaniel and Spinone Italiano they are my passion and I love nothing more than taking them out for long walks down on the beach where we live or in the woods. Like Cameron, I love listening to music live or recorded, unfortunately however, I’m not blessed with playing talent. I enjoy travel and would love to learn a language in the future.

Wojciech Nachtara

I started my journey within transport as a small child watching my father drive lorries whilst joining him on long distance trips. In 2011 I obtained my class 1 licence and started the journey as a driver myself.
I have been a driver for 13 years, in the meantime took on different ventures and obtained my Transport Managers qualifications, which enabled me to progress into Management.
In my free time I struggle to stay fit, enjoy time at the gym, love to travel with the family. I am also a proud father of 2 teenage girls.
Andrew Claridge
Training Manager
I served 10 years in the British army, 5 years of that I worked within the transport department where I obtained my driving licence’s.
When I left the army, I worked for 3 years on the railway as an engineer. Then I left and started with McLeod Transport in 2009, as a relatively inexperienced driver, in 2017 I was promoted to Transport Manager, managing our transport operation at Lidl RDC in Exeter.
In 2021 I decided family life was too important to me, so I decided to go back on the road as a driver. Then in 2022 I was asked if I would like to move back into the management team as the training manager / driving assessor, this worked well with my family commitments, I enjoy this side of the operation.
